A test performed at ENRJ International, Ltd.. Showed that Homogenized #6 fuel with 7% water injection at four (4) to seven (7) microns has burnout times six times greater then regular #6 fuel. Requiring less residence time in combustion chamber.

Burner, is four inch diameter using natural gas as a heat source.

Eighth inch stainless steel wire was inserted one inch into sample bottles. The one on left is regular #6 fuel. The one on the right is homogenized #6 oil with 7% water by volume at four (4) to seven (7) microns. The test wires with oil residue were inserted into flame with results as shown on photograph

The typical #6 fuel on left burned very slow and produced black smoke. The homogenized # 6 oil with7% water on the right exploded as it entered the flame, producing very light brown smoke.
